Who gets the free trial?+
The Starter plan is free for your first two months from first login. After that it becomes chargeable — you'll be prompted to continue before anything is billed. Plans above Starter are paid from day one.
Do higher plans unlock extra features?+
No. Every plan includes every feature. The only things that change are how many active members and projects you have, and how much storage you get.
How does annual billing work?+
Annual billing takes 10% off the monthly price and charges you once for twelve months. The monthly-equivalent shown on each card multiplies out exactly: Practice is ₹2,699 a month, ₹32,388 for the year, against ₹35,988 paid monthly — a saving of ₹3,600. You can switch between monthly and annual at any renewal.
What happens if I exceed a limit?+
You get a 5% grace buffer on members, projects and storage — everything keeps working and you'll see a warning in the app. Beyond that buffer the workspace goes read-only: you can still view, export and download, but not create or edit. Nothing is deleted, and everything unlocks the moment you upgrade or free up space.
Can I buy more storage without changing plan?+
Yes. Extra storage is an add-on subscribed separately at cost, in blocks, on any plan. Your tier, your member and project limits and your features all stay the same. Add or remove it at any time — it's billed on your existing cycle and pro-rated when added mid-cycle.
Can I change plans anytime?+
Yes — upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades at the end of the current billing cycle.
Is GST included in pricing?+
