A client portal for architecture and interior practices
One place your client can look, instead of asking you for the same update on WhatsApp every Friday.

Why a portal, not another chat group
Most Indian design practices run client communication on WhatsApp. It is fast and everybody already has it — and it is also where approvals go to die. A drawing approved in a group chat is impossible to find six months later, and an invoice sent as an attachment competes with forwarded videos.
A portal does not replace the conversation. It replaces the record of the conversation: what was shared, what was approved, what is owed.
What the client sees
- Where the project stands, by stage, in language a client can read.
- Documents and drawings you have chosen to share.
- Approvals, with a record of who approved what and when.
- Invoices raised against the project and what remains outstanding.
Clients see only what you share on their own project. Internal costs, team pay, other clients and studio-level financials are never exposed through the portal.
What it changes for the studio
- Fewer status calls, because the status is already visible.
- Approvals become evidence you can produce during a scope dispute.
- Payment conversations attach to a document, not a forwarded PDF.
Common questions
- Do clients need a paid seat?
- No. Plan limits count your active studio members, not the clients you share a project with.
- Can I control what a client sees?
- Yes. Sharing is per project and per document — nothing appears to a client unless you share it.
