Navigate to Projects and click 'Add Project'. Fill in the project name, code, typology, client, and other details. Click 'Create Project' to save.
Click on a project name to open its details page, then click 'Edit' to modify any information. Save your changes when done.
In the project details page, find the clients section and click 'Add Client' to associate additional clients with the project.
Define phases when creating or editing a project. Link invoices to phases and update their status as work progresses.
Open the project and change its status to 'Completed' using the status dropdown. This moves it to your completed projects list.
Go to Transactions > Project Transactions, click 'Add Invoice', select the project, enter amount and GST details, set the due date, and save.
Enable 'Apply GST' on the invoice form. Select intra-state or inter-state based on the place of supply. GST is calculated automatically.
Find the invoice in Transactions, click 'Record Payment', enter the amount received, payment mode, and bank account. Handle TDS if applicable.
Open the original invoice and select 'Add Credit Note' from the actions menu. Enter the amount and reason for the adjustment.
TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) is tax deducted by clients. Enable TDS on invoices and enter the actual TDS deducted when recording payments.
Check the Dashboard Receivables widget or go to Reports > Receivables Aging to see invoices grouped by how long they've been outstanding.
Go to Expenses, click 'Add Expense', select 'Project' scope, link it to a project, and enter the amount and category.
In Expenses, click 'Add Expense' and select 'Monthly' scope. Choose an expense category like Rent or Utilities and enter details.
When adding or editing an expense, use the attachment upload area to add a receipt image. Supported formats include JPG, PNG, and PDF.
Select a category when adding an expense. Customize categories in Settings > Dropdowns > Expense Categories.
Go to People, click 'Add Contact', select 'Employee' as the type, fill in their details including salary information, and save.
In People > Payroll tab, click 'Create Payroll Draft' for the month, review salaries, add any bonuses, then click 'Process Payroll'.
Click on an employee's name in People to view their profile, then check the Salary History tab for all previous salaries and payments.
Go to Reports, select 'Profit & Loss', choose your date range, and click 'Generate'. Export to Excel if needed.
Most tables and reports have an 'Export' button. Click it to download the data as an Excel file.
Navigate to Reports > GST Reports tab. Select GSTR-1 or GSTR-3B and the tax period to view the summary.
Aging analysis categorizes outstanding amounts by how long they've been due (0-30, 31-60, 61-90, 90+ days). It helps prioritize collections.
Go to Settings > Permissions tab, click 'Invite User', enter their email and role, and send the invitation.
Navigate to Settings > Security tab. Find the password section and update your password. Use a strong, unique password.
Go to Settings > Security tab and click 'Enable 2FA'. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app and save your backup codes.
In Settings > Backup tab, connect cloud storage like Google Drive, then run manual or automatic backups to protect your data.
Go to Settings > Dropdowns tab to add or remove values for expense categories, payment modes, project typologies, and phases.
