One studio calendar for site visits, reviews and deadlines

Site visits, client reviews, submissions and leave in one shared view the whole studio can see.

One view, everybody sees it

Studios usually run three calendars at once: the principal's personal one, a whiteboard, and whatever was agreed on a call. The result is two people at the same site visit and nobody at the municipal submission.

The UpLabs calendar sits inside the same system as your projects and your team, so what is on it is tied to a real project and a real person — not a free-text entry that means something only to whoever typed it.

  • Site visits, client reviews and internal design reviews.
  • Submission and approval deadlines against the project stage.
  • Team availability and leave, so nobody is scheduled while away.
  • Readable on mobile, which is where site days are actually checked.

What it does not do yet

This is an in-app calendar, and it is one way: UpLabs is where studio commitments live and where the team reads them. There is no two-way sync with Google Calendar or Outlook today, so an event created in your personal calendar will not appear here, and changes here do not push back to a personal calendar.

If two-way calendar sync would decide whether UpLabs works for your studio, write to us — it helps us prioritise honestly rather than guess.

Common questions

Does the calendar sync with Google Calendar or Outlook?
Not today. The calendar is in-app and one way: the studio's commitments live in UpLabs and everyone can see them there.
Can the whole team see it?
Yes — it is a shared studio view, subject to the access role each member has.
