Part A — Accessibility Statement
1. Our Commitment
The Update LLP is committed to making Uplabs accessible to the widest possible range of users, including those with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA on a best-effort basis.
This statement applies to the Uplabs web application available at uplabs.in and its subdomains.
2. Current Accessibility Status
We are working towards WCAG 2.1 AA compliance. We do not currently make a formal compliance claim. Accessibility improvements are incorporated into our ongoing development process. Known areas we are actively working on include:
- Keyboard navigation throughout all platform modules.
- Screen reader compatibility for complex data tables (invoices, project lists, Gantt charts).
- Sufficient colour contrast ratios across all UI components.
- Focus indicators on all interactive elements.
- ARIA labels on icon-only buttons and form inputs.

4. Enforcement
Uplabs is a private commercial SaaS product. There is currently no statutory accessibility mandate applicable to private SaaS platforms in India. Should Uplabs be deployed in a government or institutional context, we will assess and commit to applicable standards (GIGW guidelines, WCAG 2.1 AA) at that time.
Part B — Cookie Policy
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website or use a web application. Uplabs uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the platform securely and to understand how it is used.

3. Cookie Consent
When you first access Uplabs, a cookie consent banner will be displayed. You may accept all cookies, accept strictly necessary cookies only, or customise your preferences. Your choices are stored and respected on subsequent visits.
You may change your cookie preferences at any time via the Cookie Settings link in the platform footer. You may also control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent the platform from functioning.
4. Third-Party Cookies
Analytics and marketing cookies may be set by third-party providers. These providers have their own privacy policies governing their use of cookie data. We do not control how they use this data beyond what is described in our sub-processor agreements.

We may update this Cookie Policy as we add or change the tools we use. The current version is always available at this page.
